After you have submitted the return form you must send the product back to the producer within 7 days.
You are responsible for any damage and/or loss of value until the package has reached the producer.
You must enclose copies of the purchase documents, i.e. order confirmation and invoice to the returned products. The producer has the right to refuse to resolve the problem if the transaction documents are missing.
Upon detecting non-compliance or a defect, you must take all reasonable measures for the preservation and protection of the product, including not to use the non-compliant or defective product. The producer shall not be held liable for defects arising from incorrect usage or improper storage of the product.
If the product does not conform to contractual terms and conditions or is defect, the producer may exercise the legal remedies provided for by law, including repair or replacement of the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you shall have the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a full refund.
The producer will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days after the receipt of the returned product. If the producer is unable to provide a response to the complaint within 15 days, the producer will inform you of that in writing, stating the reason for delay and the date by which the response will be provided.
For non-compliant or defect product, we also refund you the cost for returning the product to the producer.
If the complaint proves to be immaterial you will not be reimbursed for sending to product to the producer as well as you will be charged for the cost for returning the product to you.
