GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern the use of the web-shop www.northentic.eu and the relationship between the customer and Northentic OÜ. (hereinafter: Northentic) in relation to the purchase of the products.

By making a purchase from the Northentic web-shop the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions at the time of the transaction.
Northentic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time and any changes will be shown on the webpage.
Northentic acts as intermediator between the customer and the producer of the featured products at the web-shop. It is the producer, who sends the products and eventually is responsible for the fulfilment of the contract.
Information & Prices
Detailed information about each product is featured on the product pages and the prices are presented in EUR.
The price includes VAT within the European Economic Area (in addition to the EU countries: Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, (EEA)). Outside the EEA the goods may be subject to additional VAT and customs charges depending local legislation and such taxes and charges are not included into the prices.
We are carefully checking all prices to secure they are correct. In the extraordinary case we discover an erroneous price for a purchased product, we will inform you instantly and give you the options of reconfirming the purchase or cancel it. If you opt to cancel the order, we shall instantly refund any payment done.
Order and payment
To make an order go to the product page and click on the “add to cart” button of the chosen product. You can check the items in shopping cart by clicking on the “cart“ button at the top of the webpage. The number of products in a shopping cart can be changed by writing the desired number in the appropriate field. The product can be deleted by clicking on the cross located on the same line as the product.
After finishing shopping, the selected items can be reviewed in your car. You select the desired delivery method, click on the “pay” button and fill in personal data for invoicing and shipping.
After the “pay” button has been clicked an invoice will be generated and you can proceed with a payment. You will be directed to pay via the selected payment method. Please read and confirm that you accept our terms and conditions before confirming the order. After that proceed by clicking “confirm order” button. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail and will also display the order confirmation on your “check-out” page. At the same time the order is reconfirmed by e-mail to the producer, who will send you the product.
A purchase is considered done and a contract binding for both parties is considered concluded when you have clicked the “confirm order” button.
Shipping & Delivery
The purchased products will be delivered within 7-14 working days.
When completing the order, you choose the most suitable delivery method. We are offering FOC shipping to post-office or parcel-center for purchases over EUR 100,00 and less than 20 kg for 20 EU countries (including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg Slovenia, Austria, Spain and France). To these 20 countries for purchases of less than EUR 100, we charge a fixed fee of EUR 20,00. For parcels of over 20 kg, for shipping to private address, and for all shipping to ALL other countries than the 20 above other countries, we charge for delivery according to destination, volume, weight etc.
When the parcel will be sent, you will receive information with a link to a tracking number, which enables you to follow the parcel.
Return policy & complaints
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right without giving any reason to withdraw from the contract entered into within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days starting from the day when you have received the product.
However, producers are not obliged to accept withdrawals and refunds, if you have purchased perishable products that deteriorate or expire quickly, unsealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons or products which is customized and partly or fully manufactured according to your specifications.
To claim the right of withdrawal you have to register the withdrawal on email@example.com by submitting the filled withdrawal form latest 14 days after the receipt of the product. After that you must send the product back to the producer within 7 days.
The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and undamaged. You can examine the product in a manner permitted for testing the product in a physical store. If the product is returned after being used, without original packaging or is damaged, the producer reserves the right to refuse or reduce compensation according to the reduced value of the product.
You are returning the product on own costs and are responsible for any damage and/or loss of value until the package has reached the producer.
We will issue a refund latest 14 days after the producer has received the product and approved the refund.
Liability and Claim Procedure
The producer shall be liable for the non-compliance of the product sold to you with the terms and conditions of the contract and for defects which existed at the time of its receipt and which occur within two years of your receipt of the products.
And you have the right to submit complaints with regard to a non-conforming or defect product within the period of two years from the date of its receipt.
A claim must be registered with all required information on firstname.lastname@example.org by submitting the filled complaint form without delay but no later than within two months from detecting non-compliance or a defect of the product. After that you must return the product to the producer within 7 days.
You are responsible for any damage and/or loss of value until the package has reached the producer
You must enclose copies of the purchase documents, i.e. order confirmation and invoice to the returned products. The producer has the right to refuse to resolve the problem if the transaction documents are missing.
Upon detecting non-compliance or a defect, you must take all reasonable measures for the preservation and protection of the product, including not to use the non-compliant or defective product. The producer shall also not be held liable for defects arising incorrect usage or improper storage of the product.
If the product does not conform to contractual terms and conditions or is defect, the producer may exercise the legal remedies provided for by law, including repair or replacement of the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you shall have the right to withdraw from the sales contract and demand a refund.
The producer will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days after the receipt of the returned product. If the producer is unable to provide a response to the complaint within 15 days, the producer will inform you of that in writing, stating the reason for delay and the date by which the response will be provided.
For non-compliant or defect product, we also refund you the cost for returning the product to the producer.
If the complaint proves to be immaterial you will not be reimbursed for sending to product to the producer as well as you will be charged for the cost for returning the product to you.
A complaint is essentially a matter between you and the producer. We facilitate the complaint procedure and secure that you get a fair treatment and possible a refund. However, we are without any responsibility for non-compliance and defects.
Nothentic and its partners shall not be held liable for any damage caused on delay in delivery of the product, if the damage or delay is the result of Force Majeure circumstances that could not have been
Applicable Law & Dispute Settlement
Estonian and EU laws apply when purchasing from this online store.

If the negotiations do not yield results, you have the right to apply toThe Estonian Consumer Protection Authority. In addition, the customer can contact The Online Dispute Resolution Platform of the European Commission.
